Takeout order went well and was on time. We found pizza mediocre and not up to the high standards. It's a shame, we would have liked to order more often.
Food was delicious! Service disaster! However, this restaurant has probably never heard of Corona! No data collection, absolutely no distance between the tables and you sit on top of each other and it is not opened once! Then you are immediately afraid that you have been infected! The waiters themselves come very close and the restaurant owners fall around the neck of every second guest! For the prices, the service is abysmal! In addition, much too loud, uncomfortable and arrogant staff! Before the staff toast with other guests with wine, they should make sure that the service works better for other guests!
I went to the Vivaldi to eat again today. As always, excellent quality and the service was good again. No frozen food, everything is fresh, cooked and served with love. Personal atmosphere, nice and friendly. Lovely again .
Very bad service, endless waiting times and no compensation for it. We had to wait 1 hour outside for our table despite a reservation and were told the whole time that it would take another 10 minutes. It's a shame, the food there is really delicious, but the service and the waiting times are really bad.
Everything perfect. Delicious food, very family-friendly, everything in-house. In addition, very friendly and attentive service. Our children were very hungry and we discussed that they wanted pizza margarita. Immediately after we ordered later the pizza came with the words: "I heard that your children wanted pizza and that's why we already made it." A super attentive service!
The starter platter is comparatively very expensive, but it turns out to be very lean & is not recommended. Pizza was delicious, pasta too. The service could be nicer and if he'd come by now and then, we would have even ordered drinks again, but they are not interested in that. We then quenched our thirst in the SCHOOL opposite.
Great pizzas! Although the dough was burnt in some places, they were delicious, crispy and richly topped. We weren't that enthusiastic about the other dishes. The reservation was chaotic and the service seemed a bit listless - on the day before the holiday, the motivation was apparently no longer that great (quote: "just the peace ..."). Conclusion: next time I'll eat pizza, it was really excellent (5 stars), and that's why I'm happy to go back. The rest only get 3 stars from me.
The food is very tasty and really recommendable. But we won't be back anyway, because the service is very, very bad. We waited about 20 minutes until we were asked about the drinks. The food came very quickly, when we wanted to order dessert we had to wait another 15 minutes for someone to be near our table. When we finally ordered the dessert came back pretty quickly. But when we wanted to pay then things really started. We told 2 employees within 20 minutes that we wanted to pay, but nobody came. Then we decided to simply pay when we went out. I then had to list what we had because no total bill was created for the table. The first time in my life that I have experienced such service in a restaurant and also the first time that I have not given a tip. When it was noticed while paying that I was not satisfied, whereupon I explained why, I was offered a drink. Nice try but at this point we just wanted to get out of this shop. In addition, the staff does not wear a mouth or nose protection or the like, Corona does not exist in the Trattotia Vivaldi! The food deserves 5 stars and the service 1 star.
Unfortunately, we have to agree with the bad reviews of the past few weeks. The service is just terrible. We had ordered a table at 7 p.m. and were seated on the terrace. There were still glasses from the previous guests on our table. After 25 minutes these were taken when the order was taken. The starter (tomato soup and bruscetta) had to wait 50 minutes - the main course an incredible 1 1/2 hours. Unfortunately the meat was not medium as ordered, but completely bloody. According to the waitress, the meat could have been thrown into the pan again, but at ~ 10 p.m. we just lost the desire to do so. When asked whether it always took that long, the waitress only replied; "that all products are homemade and therefore it simply takes longer". A lack of insight, poor service and food unfortunately made our first and last visit an unpleasant experience.
Waited almost two hours for the food (pasta and salad). Service totally overloaded despite previous reservations. Food good, but didn't come at the same time. We complained about the long waiting time (like some other guests who were sitting outside), one waitress was understanding, the other very rude. There are really nicer and more professional Italian restaurants in Stuttgart!
Extremely attentive service and excellent freshly homemade dishes. I will come more often in the future!
In almost 5 years of Germany I still can't find a better place than this .. Perfect staff, they immediately make you feel at ease and listen to you at every slightest consideration without ever making a mistake with a word .. !! A pleasure for the palate, characterized by a varied and surprising menu every day .. The 5 stars deserves them all .. !! The rest are chatter of people who do not know what to do .. A single family unit united in everything .. Congratulations to you .. !! ?❤️
The best Italian restaurant in Stuttgart .. the perfect staff, the unique courses and with attention to the smallest details .. if you are nearby do not hesitate to come .. you will not regret it .. !! UNIQUE ..
One of the worst organized eateries. Hectic family business. Waited 100 minutes for our food and then sometimes still lukewarm. Completely overwhelmed with good utilization. Eat good though. Prices reasonable. Yet once and never again ... a shame.
In the overall package, simply the best Italian in Stuttgart. Very good food and the staff is always helpful, friendly and gives very good recommendations to the guest. We'd love to come back!
I just don't understand all the 1 star ratings. The service is first class with every visit! Comments like all frozen foods I can understand zero these people were definitely not eating here, everything that is served here is definitely fresh and absolutely delicious. If you're looking for the best Italian in the Stuttgart area, you've come to the right place. Kudos to the kitchen and staff. Thank you and see you next time.
Amazing as always. Favorite Italian place in Stuttgart. ?
The food tastes really good, the atmosphere is really great and the staff is super friendly. Definitely one of the top Italians in Stuttgart ??
Food is ok. But the service was a disaster. Everything takes a long time. Irresponsible handling of corona rules. No gaps. You sit directly back to back. The landlady greets regular guests with a handshake.
I need to go back and try the pasta. The pizza was perfect. Thicker than most others, but not overly thick. The ambiance was awesome and the prices were low to medium. The portion sizes where just right.
best pizza in town, nice service
Awesome food.
Children were already here and so we have a date with friends to eat. Very hospitable hosts warm and very accommodating. Food earns the grade 2 plus.
Decent Italian food at affordable prices. The lunch specials are outstanding value, often under 7€. The place has survived in this location for a long time, so they must be doing something right
Amazing. Best Italian food I've had in Germany, hope to be back again soon!
One of my newest favorite restaurant. For those who can not tolerate gluten: here are only dishes with gluten-free pasta, but also gluten-free pizza. Since it is a family business, it almost feels like home. The staff is nice and accommodating. The prices are more than ok. In summer you can also sit outside
Nice
I have nowhere in Stuttgart unitl now found Italian restourant like this. Simply amazing. Word cannot describe how delcious the food is there.
Good pasta. Nice wines for small prices.
Supper
Become my real favorite family run Italian restaurant in Stuttgart. Shoud you want to get really good seafood or even pizza don't miss it. Make reservation especially over the weekends. Once we decided to wait in line till the next free table without reservation. The owner/boss invited us for a glas of prosecco and made us the waiting time more enjoyable.
Amazing food at a very reasonable price.
Best place to have Italian in germane.
